CYANOTYPES: Innovation in Europe's Creative Industries

CYANOTYPES CYANOTYPES is a community of transformation, a Europe-wide project involving 11 countries - Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden - and 20 organisations. It addresses the needs and skills gaps of the cultural and creative industries sector.

Main objectives of the project

  • Creating innovative, multidisciplinary structures and concrete solutions for skills development across the European cultural and creative industries ecosystem.
  • Addressing the innovation and competitive potential of the sector.
  • Anticipation within a methodological framework: Creative people are empowered to envisage diverse future scenarios and to make processes more environmentally friendly, sustainable, resilient, and dynamic.
  • Triple learning cycle: focus on "learning to learn", including the integration of specific and transversal skills.
  • Provision of short and long-term strategic interventions and concrete solutions for skills development that can be adopted across the European cultural and creative industries ecosystem.
