An important goal of the ERASMUS+Project CVETNET is to support companies in digital transformation and intergenerational learning for upskilling and reskilling their employees.

WIFI International develops individual training pathways (career paths) for these employees in close cooperation with interested companies.

In the online meeting with interested companies, WFI International discusses the company strategy and resulting training needs of the respective employees with the checklists developed within the framework of the project. In this conversation, the possibility for intergenerational training - passing on know-how of already digital expert employees (old or young) in the required field, will be taken into consideration.

As a next step, the company fills in the project's employee checklists for the employees taking part in the project and WIFI International will then analyse each employee and send the resulting training pathway analysis per employee to the company.

In that way, the company is provided clear steps to upskill or reskill their employees for the digital age.

Furthermore, HR managers and relevant employees can take part in a free train-the-trainer online workshop for upskilling reskilling employees in the digital transformation age.

The benefits for the participating company:

  • Training Pathway Analysis for each employee including the current and desired employee status
  • Possibility to do these trainings with WIFI as a training provider after finishing the analysis report
  • Train the trainer for HR managers and relevant staff how to digitize their employees to make them fit for the market
